1. Nature of Professional Services
The services provided by ADNOSYS are labor-intensive and customized. Therefore, we do not offer “money-back guarantees” once work has commenced.
2. Milestone-Based Refunds
- Deposits: Initial deposits are non-refundable as they cover the cost of project setup and resource allocation.
- Completed Work: Once a milestone (e.g., UI/UX design) is approved by the client, no refunds can be issued for that phase.
- In-Progress Work: If a project is cancelled mid-phase, the client is responsible for paying for the work completed up to the date of cancellation.
3. Project Abandonment
To maintain our global workflow efficiency, projects that are stalled by the client (lack of feedback/assets) for more than 30 consecutive days will be considered “Abandoned.” Abandoned projects are terminated without refund, and a restart fee may apply to resume work.
4. Modifications to Scope
Significant changes to the project scope (“Scope Creep”) after the project has started will require a revised quote and may impact the refundability of previous milestones.
